Hebert Candies has been New England's favorite confectioner since 1917. Our candies are made in small batches with the freshest, finest ingredients here at the Candy Mansion in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. Hebert's makes a variety of candies, but is most famous for white chocolate. Frederick Hebert introduced white chocolate to the United States in 1956, after tasting "white coat" candies while on a trip to Europe. White chocolate (or white coating) was developed in Switzerland shortly after World War I, and became popular in the United States after Mr. Hebert began to make and promote "White" Genevas and other "white coat" candies.

Easter Baskets

Celebrate Easter with a special basket from Hebert's. Each of our baskets is handcrafted and contains assortments of our special seasonal candies. Easter Candy

Easter is a special time of year at Hebert's! Our Easter Baskets, Chocolate Bunnies, Buttercreme Eggs and Jelly Beans have been family favorites for generations. Enjoy our signature blends of milk, white or dark chocolate, sweetly molded into adorable bunnies, pops, and baskets.

Fancies

Hebert's Fancy Assortments are carefully edited selections of our distinctive chocolates, including coconut dainties, marzipan, toffee centers and nut patties mixed with our traditional crèmes and caramels. The Fancy Assortment has been a customer favorite for over half a century, and comes in sizes ranging from 9 ounces to 3 pounds.

Genevas

Hebert's Genevas are the one of the best ways to experience the exceptional taste and smooth texture of our signature blends of milk, white or dark chocolate. Each "plain" Geneva is a solid cube of chocolate, while "nut" Genevas feature a whole almond covered in chocolate. There are 50 Genevas in each pound sized box.

Traditional Boxed Chocolates

Milk, white and dark chocolate blends enrobe our renowned soft crème centers, flavored with vanilla, chocolate, raspberry, orange, maple, and mocha. Our caramels, nut chews and caramel "clouds" are made here at the Candy Mansion using our traditional recipes. Flavors include maple walnut, vanilla cashew, chocolate, maple and vanilla.

Specialty Candies

Hebert's makes a variety of chocolate and non chocolate specialty candies, from non pareils in white, milk or dark chocolate, to nut bark with cashews or almonds, to filled chocolate "croquettes", to coconut and crispy clusters, each confection is made with the fine ingredients and attention to quality that is a Hebert tradition.

Fudge

Hebert's Fudge is famous for its delicious flavor and silky smooth texture. Our fudge is made the old fashioned way, using fresh cream and butter, cooked in small batches in copper kettles here in the kitchen at the Candy Mansion.

Our Chocolatier's finest work! Chocolate Pops, Giant Candy Bars, and other delightful gifts made from our signature blends of milk, white or dark chocolate.
