Hebert Candies has been New England's favorite confectioner since 1917. Our candies are made in small batches with the freshest, finest ingredients here at the Candy Mansion in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. Enjoy the superb taste of chocolates made with time honored recipes by world class chocolatiers.

Hebert's makes a variety of candies, but is most famous for white chocolate. Frederick Hebert introduced white chocolate to the United States in 1956, after tasting "white coat" candies while on a trip to Europe. White chocolate (or white coating) was developed in Switzerland shortly after World War I, and became popular in the United States after Mr. Hebert began to make and promote "White" Genevas and other "white coat" candies.

Genevas

Hebert's Genevas are the one of the best ways to experience the exceptional taste and smooth texture of our signature blends of milk, white or dark chocolate. Each "plain" Geneva is a solid cube of chocolate, while "nut" Genevas feature a whole almond covered in chocolate. There are 50 Genevas in each pound sized box. Fancies

Hebert's Fancy Assortments are carefully edited selections of our distinctive chocolates, including coconut dainties, marzipan, toffee centers and nut patties mixed with our traditional crèmes and caramels. Traditional Assortments

Hebert's Traditional Assortments feature our renowned crèmes, caramel chews and nut caramels. Fudge

Molded Chocolates & Pops

No other products reflect the chocolatier's art more than specially molded chocolate confections. Here at Hebert's, we are proud to offer molded items that range from edible Easter Baskets to marble (milk and white) chocolate Santas. We mold and hand decorate chocolate racing cars, dinosaurs, swans and just about any shape chocolate pop you can imagine! Chocolate snowmen, Thanksgiving turkeys and of course, Easter bunnies weighing several ounces to several pounds are made in the Geneva Room, which is adjacent to the Ice Cream Parlor. Specialty Candies

Hebert's makes a variety of chocolate and non chocolate specialty candies, from non pareils in white, milk or dark chocolate, to nut bark with cashews or almonds, to filled chocolate "croquettes", to coconut and crispy clusters, each confection is made with the fine ingredients and attention to quality that is a Hebert tradition.
