Molded Chocolates & Pops

No other products reflect the chocolatier's art more than specially molded chocolate confections. Here at Hebert's, we are proud to offer molded items that range from edible Easter Baskets to marble (milk and white) chocolate Santas. We mold and hand decorate chocolate racing cars, dinosaurs, swans and just about any shape chocolate pop you can imagine! Chocolate snowmen, Thanksgiving turkeys and of course, Easter bunnies weighing several ounces to several pounds are made in the Geneva Room, which is adjacent to the Ice Cream Parlor. Most weekdays, Ice Cream Parlor patrons are able to watch our Chocolatiers making candy in the Geneva room.
