About the space:
The space you will be given will be a 10' x 10' area. You are welcome to put up a pop-up tent, but you need to make sure the footings are secured in case of wind.
- The week prior to the date, we will send out instructions for the event on what time you can arrive and depart, parking, map etc...
- If we are going to postpone because of inclement weather the postponement will be sent out by 5pm the prior day. if you cannot make the rain date, your money will be refunded. Rain Date of 6/29.
- If you do not show up the day of the event your money is nonrefundable.
